Albatros Kenya office visits the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust

Earlier in March, the Albatros Kenya staff paid a visit to the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust to show our support for the great work that they are doing and to visit our foster elephant Ngasha whom we had not yet all had the pleasure of meeting. The visit gave us a much better understanding of the difficulty these poor elephants face and how much the Trust does to make their lives better. We highly recommend including a visit here for your clients.

There are 3 options for visits:
  • The 11:00 which is the public viewing open to everyone and requires a minimum contribution USD 7 per person,
  • The 15:00 visit which is a private viewing, available on booking only and costs between USD 400-700 according to the size of the group.
  • The 17:00 foster parent visit. This visit is open to foster parents only and is the ideal time for parents to come and view their elephants. The cost to adopt an orphan is USD 50 per year (payable in cash only) and foster parents will also receive a pack with a  beautiful water colour painting by Angela Sheldrick, a certificate and information about their orphan and about the excellent work that the Trust does.
